- Name, email address, phone number, shipping address, order history, inquiry content, and payment-related information (we do not retain card numbers themselves; they are processed by our payment provider, Stripe).
- Purpose of use
- To ship products, contact you, handle orders and inquiries, prevent fraud, and improve our service. Marketing emails are sent only where you have separately consented.
- Third-party provision / outsourcing
- We outsource, to the extent necessary, payment to Stripe, system infrastructure to Supabase (a shared customer base across our services, with no use beyond purpose), and delivery to shipping carriers. Except as required by law, we do not provide information to third parties without your consent.
- Security management
- We manage personal information with appropriate safeguards, including storing contact details and addresses in isolation.
- Disclosure, correction, deletion requests
- Requests from the individual for disclosure, correction, suspension of use, deletion, etc. are accepted at supportfc@vlift.com.
- Revisions
- This policy may be changed as necessary. Any changes will be announced on this page.
